Scrum@Scale Certified Practitioner (2-day)
While working with organizations that have been practicing Agile, we often find they have jumped into scaling before mastering the basics. Stories are rolling over from sprint to sprint, teams are not accelerating, working product is not being delivered, organizations struggle with planning, etc. We see this time and time again.
Scrum@Scale is a framework within which networks of Scrum teams can address complex adaptive problems. Teams creatively deliver products of the highest possible value while operating consistently with the Scrum Guide. These products may be hardware, software, complex integrated systems, processes, services, etc., depending upon the domain of the Scrum teams.
The Scrum@Scale Guide defines and describes the framework: https://www.scrumatscale.com/scrum-at-scale-guide/
Our 2-day Certified Scrum@Scale Practitioner course is designed to remind participants how Scrum was intended to be implemented, teach the patterns proven to help teams accelerate, and understand the steps required to scale Scrum across their entire organization by using a simple, intuitive, and proven framework designed by Jeff Sutherland co-creator of Scrum.
Scrum@Scale is designed to scale across the organization as a whole: all departments, products and services. It can be applied across multiple domains in all types of organizations in industry, government, or academia. Scrum@Scale is in fact a business agility (agile beyond software) framework.
