CTN invites you to celebrate beer, food, & friends all for a great cause!
Join us for the 4th Annual Hop On Fort Wayne Brew Tour!
This CTN fundraiser is a fun way to give back to your community, enjoy our local breweries and meet new people all while CTN does the driving!
Ticket purchase includes a T-shirt, 4 hours of transportation to and from all breweries!
Event Details...
--Check-in starts at 12:30pm C2G Music Hall-323 W Baker St, Fort Wayne, IN 46802
--Tour begins at 1:00pm
--Vans arrive/depart each location every 15-20 min
--Volunteers will inform you when vans arrive
--Last call for pick up at each brewery will begin at 4:30
--Tour ends at 5:00pm, guests returned to the C2G
This tour is hop-on/hop-off style, which allows guests to control the length of their visit at each location! Want to sample beer at one location and spend a little more time at the next enjoying a bite to eat? Perfect!

Routes intersect at Summit City Brewerks ONLY! If you want to switch routes you must go to Summit City Brewerks to do so!

All proceeds from the Hop On Brew Tour benefit CTN- Community Transport Network riders. Funds raised will help more people in our community connect with healthcare, community events, schools, field trips and more.
CTN is a non-profit transportation organization that empowers people of all ages and abilities to access the community. Our mission is to provide dependable and efficient transportation so no one is left behind.
