Our evening will start with an intention setting ritual in a loving, nurturing, and inclusive environment. We'll transition into a gentle lunar self love sequence to connect to our bodies, move and release stuck energy, and open up to depths of ourselves that we've been neglecting.
We'll transition right into a full Sound Journey where we'll continue inward through drums, bowls, chimes, and more. We'll weave new intentions into our consciousness and luxuriate in hands on Savasana assists. Come ready to go inward, delve deep, and restore.
