Employment First Conference
This conference will explore the benefits of employing individuals often times viewed as disadvantaged. Sometimes it may not be apparent the challenges this population faces when seeking employment. This conference will take a closer look at who may be viewed as disadvantaged and why. This population includes those with a substance addiction, a history of homelessness, disabled, formerly incarcerated and even those that have not been employed for an extended period of time due to various circumstances. This conference will also highlight the challenges faced when seeking employment.
