Comedy MOB: Laughs & Brews
Mount Olympus Brewery is back again with another installment of Comedy MOB: Laughs and Brews. On the show this month, we have Josh Firestine, Vanessa Dawn, Taylor Clark, and Aberdeen Native, Chelsea Tolle. This one of a kind comedy showcase will surely leave you thirsty for more of both.

Host & MC: "AHS Class Clown 2004" Chelsea Tolle
The Woman, The Myth, The Legend, Aberdeen Native Chelsea Tolle returns to showcase her already flourishing comedy career. Only a year in the game, Chelsea has already been the finalist in numerous Seattle comedy competitions and opened for various national headlining comedians, such as Craig Gass and Susan Jones. Most recently she went on the road and featured for The Smash Brother and even auditioned for NBC Stand Up Live! So come watch her host the crap out of this show before she becomes uber famous. Chelsea describes herself as a broken but shiny Skipper Doll (as she was never pretty enough to be Barbie). Chelsea is a self-deprecating, yet confident, and at times crude comic with a unique story to tell. Her depraved take on life after small-town beginnings will have you wetting yourself and begging for more.

Headliner: Talor Clark
Our headliner this month, Taylor Clark, is gearing up for his first ever album recording. Come be part of this amazing moment in history.

Taylor is a Seattle-based comic, husband, father and adult-skateboarder.
He spent the majority of his adult life living and performing in New York City, but, at his core, he was a man destined for the woods. So he is now back in the great Northwest, closer to his forest family and engulfed in all the marvelous wilderness that surrounds them.
Once upon a time, Taylor, with little experience or know-how, started a comedy show in the game room of a Brooklyn apartment building named Castlebraid. He hosted and produced a stand-up show in that same room for almost 4 years. He even produced a one-off comedy festival in the building. He went on booking stand-up shows throughout the city, in a variety of venues ranging from basements and cafes to more famous venues like the PIT and the Sheen Center.
A lot of the comics he booked are now some of the biggest names in comedy. Names like Reggie Watts, Ali Wong, Mark Normand, Rory Scovel, Michelle Wolf, Keep going?  Sure, Mike Lawrence, Eric Bergstrom, The Lucas Brothers, and the list goes on. They shared a tremendous amount of knowledge with Taylor of which he did nothing with.
When Taylor's son was born, he put comedy and producing shows on the backburner to focus on his family. He assured himself a career in comedy was no longer in the cards and pretty much anyone who knew him was of the same opinion. Considering his biggest accomplishments in comedy were producing free shows and picking up the ability to shamelessly name drop, it was hard to argue for staying in New York because he was "on the cusp". After all, So He packed up his family and high tailed it to Seattle.
Later that year he was asked to audition for the Seattle International Comedy Contest. He was selected to compete, made it through to the finals and finished 5th out of 32. Taylor was the only Seattle-based comic to make it to the finals in 2016.
From that point on Taylor completely dedicated to himself to doing stand up and as of now, he is making "a living" as a comic. In 2019 he performed at the world famous Laughing Skull comedy contest and will be recording his debut album with the working title "addictive tickle"
When he's not raising his son, he's either skating, writing jokes, or running around the country doing stand up. He hosts a monthly show  the last Saturday of every month at Solo bar in Queene Anne. It's called XLR comedy and is already selling out almost every month. He has featured for Mark Normand, Kevin McCaffrey, Kristen Key, and many more.

Stay tuned for 2019 US tour dates, and an Album release before Christmas 2019! To see more from Taylor, click the link below:
