Atlas Farm's Feast in the Fields

Atlas Farm invites you to a Feast in the Fields on Saturday, July 27th(rain date: Monday, July 29th).

Beginning at 5pm, guests will enjoy a cocktail hour featuring a locally-sourced provisions board, followed by a buffet dinner and dessert. We will be working with Laura Bowman of Blue Door Gatherings to serve a premium menu featuring Atlas Farm's own organic produce:

::local provision board with Atlas crudités, local cheese + meat, preserves (can accommodate vegetarian + gluten free)

:: sungold tomato salad, basil, maplebrook mozzarella (vegetarian + gluten free)

:: squash carpaccio with mint, lemon juice, olive oil + feta (vegetarian + gluten free)

:: polenta topped with seasonal roasted vegetables (vegetarian + gluten free)

:: baby beet salad with pistou (vegan + gluten free)

:: grilled eggplant with local miso glaze (vegetarian + gluten free)

:: sage farm sausages with iggys buns + kraut
(dairy free + gluten free (without bun))

:: harissa chicken thighs, local turmeric, yogurt + parsley

:: yogurt panna cotta with fat toad caramel + berries
(vegetarian + gluten free)

:: herbal iced tea
cash bar: ginger libation, berkshire brewing beer, old friends farm mocktail

The Feast in the Fields will take place in the scenic Atlas Farm fields on River Road, Deerfield. Nestled between the Connecticut River and the Pocumtuck Range, our main farm is situated on some of the most fertile growing soil in the Northeast. The Feast in the Fields is a chance to enjoy a delicious all-local meal crafted from the same lush, organic crops that surround the dinner tables. Live music from Blue Moon Ensemble will round out the evening.
