Yoga on the Farm

Join us on the farm for a 1 hour yoga class in the organic garden of Midway Farms. 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises based on the Original hot yoga series that are appropriate for beginners and experienced yoga students of all ages.
Anyone can come!
After class there will be sampling of wine and organic farm goodies. Shopping at the farm stand will also be available.

The Yoga:
Taught by Louisa Shelby, 500 hour certified teacher of Raja Yoga Academy and teacher at Bikram Yoga College of India.
Also, local nurse and Lactation Consultant.
Bring a yoga mat, water bottle and wear comfortable clothes fitting for outside weather of the day and time.
Hydrate before class and if it is a hot day come on an empty stomach or eat lightly.
Some yoga mats will be available.

The Farm:
Homestead style family farm, organic food and home made goodies. Located in the beautiful Willamatte Valley between Albany and Corvallis Oregon.
The coolers are bursting with amazing produce. Entire facility and farm is gluten free.

All proceeds will go to Every Child Oregon,towards helping meet tangible needs for foster children.
