FlipFlop Festival
On August 17th, 2019, from 3:00 till 7:00 PM, in Historic Downtown Snohomish, there will be the 1st Annual FlipFlop Festival.
This event is an opportunity for community locals, friends and families to gather and enjoy food, entertainment, wine and brew tasting, all in an historic building in the center of the historic town of Snohomish. This is an All Inclusive event, with the cost only $35.
Food will be provided by local Mexican restaurant, Todo Mexico. (https://www.todomexicorestaurants.com)
Entertainment includes 3 shows! We'll Get-this-party-started with local favorite band "It's About Time" (ItsAboutTimeBand.net) under the leadership of Dyann Arthur. They perform "familiar favorites" regularly at top rated establishments around Puget Sound. Second up is "Crackpot Comedy", an improvisational comedy group sure to tickle your funny bone. Headliners are the dynamic and wildly popular band "The F Street Project!" (https://fstreetproject.business/) Guaranteed to rock your FlipFlops off!
Spirits are provided by local winery, Van Camp Cellars (www.vancampcellars.com), and local brewery, SnoTown Brewery (We are super thankful to have them step up and join our family of providers!) The event is presented in the Historic Waltz Building, located in the very center of Historic Snohomish, 116 Avenue B, Snohomish, WA 98290. It's the perfect casual destination for Puget Sound residents on a lazy summer afternoon.
The Waltz Building is the original Snohomish High School music building, now an historic site for local events, a block from the Snohomish River that runs through town. Beautiful Victorian gardens courtyard surround the entrance. There is ample parking in the historic home district north of 2nd avenue.
