The Forest Theater Guild presents "Generations" with special guests the Carmel Delights
Join the Forest Theater Guild in welcoming Special Guests "the Carmel Delights" for a first look at their newly written production "Generations" that will feature dance, live music by "The Transducers", and cirque performance by "Cirque Florale". We are so honored to work with such a talented group of women who support and inspire creative expression through the Arts. We would be remiss not to thank the Arts Council of Monterey County for their support in the development of this celebration of dance, music, and events of historical significance from the 1920's through today! This is a PG 13 production so, why not leave the children at home and enjoy that long overdue date night with your someone special!
The Forest Theater Guild enjoys a long history of producing new and local works of art and of collaborating with like minded groups to bring the best of what our community has to offer. Being able to present a diverse cross section of the performing arts to our community is a major goal that we hope you agree keeps us a vibrant and vital part of the community.
The Carmel Delights perform locally and travel to participate in dance performances, private parties, and various events. They offer full pieces in the styles of Cabaret, Jazz, Burlesque, Hip-hop, Ballet, Contemporary, Modern, and Tap. They write, choreograph, and perform unique productions presenting live music and that often also feature aerial acrobatics and of course entertaining theatrics! Preforming nationwide, The Carmel Delights are dedicated to spreading artistic expression through community performance and collaboration. They strive to provide energetic, entertaining, and multifaceted dance productions by utilizing the talents of local musicians, vocalists, and other artists. The Carmel Delights Dance Company is committed to creating new, inspiring productions to perform in the Monterey Bay Area focused on female empowerment, expression of various skills, and individuality.
We are so blessed to live in a community that supports creative collaboration in the arts! To have so many talented individuals available to share their knowledge with others is amazing for everyone involved!
