Crochet With Wire, Project #1
You must already know how to crochet to take this class. If you need to learn to crochet, please contact me before the class date, so I can teach you the basic stitches we will use with yarn which is much more forgiving than wire.
Learn techniques to make a stunning and simple bracelet/necklace. You'll need the following supplies: 20-40 yds. Of 26 or 28 gauge wire, available at craft stores like Michael's, JoAnn,or any jewelry supply store, a button or mfg. clasp of your choice and at least 16 inches of bead chips or beads of 4-8 mm, your choice of material. If you would like a ribbon closure for your necklace, please bring the ribbon with you. And last but not least a metal crochechet hook size 0-2 US. I will lend tools for the class.
