Layers of Light: transform your yoga practice by invoking the Violet Flame
Throughout this Saturday-long class, we will explore the commonality amongst us and I will help everyone activate their Earth Star, Higher Heart, Soul Star, Well of Dreams, and Causal Chakras in order to access their own Akashic Record of this lifetime. I will teach you how to manifest your intentions through strong Empathic connections, and the excitement of bringing our physical bodies into total health and balance. Our subtle body--or our energetic body, auric field, etc.,--interacts nonstop with our physical body by way of our thoughts, habits, patterns, beliefs, and the external systems that influence our decision making. The layers that make up our subtle body emanate from the energetic keys we know as the Chakras. This workshop was developed from my own personal experiences transmuting loss, grief, trauma, and abuse by invoking the Violet Flame, and subsequently clearing my karmic imprint. This is also known as DNA, or, "light" activation. Almost two decades of rigorous yoga asana practice, combined with a relentless exploration of the mind-body connection, has enabled me to deeply embolden my connection with my Higher Self and embody my soul's highest purpose and function: to heal and be healed. Let me show you the ways that I have learned and help you on your own path of Self-Love.
This workshop goes from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. Here are the areas we will focus our time on, with generous breaks throughout for reflection and self-care:
*Mindful Mantras--how to word them in a way that truly speaks to YOU
*Yoga Asana and Pranayama--how to balance the hemispheres of the brain to bring equanimity to the fluctuations we all feel
*Twin Flame Alchemy--Divine Guidance channeled by Carlee, from Master St. Germain and his Twin Soul Lady Portia, Lady Master Nada and her Twin Soul Lord Sananda, and Carlee's spiritual guidance system
*Positive Affirmations--how and WHY they work to raise your vibration and transmute negative thought patterns
*Barre + Ecstatic Dance--because you need a good booty for just about everything
*Channeling, Past Life Regression, the Archangel realm, Ancestral Healing, Soul Journeying, and Inter-dimensional Travel (or Astral Travel)
The workshop will conclude with a channeled message of love, hope, and Higher Heart energy from all who participate, as we recover from our endurance-building time at the barre, on the mat, and on "cloud 9" from ecstatic dance and sound healing. I will provide hands-on adjustments and attunements. Since I work with crystals, a journal, a pendulum, my phone, and I like to eat on the go, I encourage you all to follow your heart and come as you are. Bring your tricks, trinkets, grids, oils, stones, and any other material that you need to complete your experience. Thank you for joining me!
