Heronswood Garden Spring Celebration Tea

ABOUT THE DAY:
11am-Noon: Stroll Heronswood Garden at your Leisure
Noon-1pm: A Springtime Afternoon Tea Relax in the Garden House (Dan Hinkley's former private residence) and enjoy an afternoon tea featuring a delectable assortment of savories, sweets and teas. Seating is limited to 24.
1pm-2pm: Presentation by Riz Reyes Riz will present "Floral Design as a Gateway to Gardening". Learn about the "Slow Flowers" movement that celebrates sustainability and the seasonality of local, fresh cut flowers and the farmers that grown them. Riz will create Heronswood-inspired floral arrangements using plant materials freshly cut from the Garden; sure to inspire budding or seasoned gardeners. Raffle & Rare Plant Your registration enters you into the day's raffle and you'll receive a rare plant to take home, specially chosen by Heronswood foundation and garden director Dan Hinkley.
Tickets $100/person. All proceeds from the event directly benefit garden renovation efforts. Thank you!
