Chef Talk 2019
Explore the farm-to-table collaboration of chef, brewer, and farmer with an evening of food and drink that highlights the use of locally grown ginger, turmeric, and galangal.
Top Chef finalist Sara Bradley of Paducah's Freight House will create innovative small plates featuring these locally grown ingredients, and each course will be expertly paired with a Scratch Brewing Company beer. She will be joined by Tam and Kris Pirmann, two growers who have specialized in growing this otherwise tropical root in our not-so-tropical region. A silent auction will feature a bounty of offerings for Southern Illinois foodies!
