Knocked Out Loaded is thrilled to present the first Savannah show in 7 years by The Last of the Full-Grown Men and The Idol of Idle Youth, Nashville's own burning god of love, WEBB WILDER with his electric band THE BEATNECKS.
Not familiar with WEBB WILDER?
He's been one of the most respected guitar playing singer-songwriters in the Nashville and Austin, Texas music scenes since the mid-1980s, and enjoys a rabid cult following around the whole dang world.

Beloved in the Outlaw Country and Alt-Country communities as well as among fans of Retro Rockabilly, Surf Music, PsychedElia and British Invasion-inspired Power-Pop, Webb Wilder was also one of the first and most popular DJs on XM Satellite Radio, where he broadcast the X Country show daily from inside the Country Music Hall of Fame.
His latest critically acclaimed album is POWERFUL STUFF, a collection of previously unreleased live cuts and studio outtakes from 1985-1993 that is packed with all kindsa gutbucket boogie-woogie baddassery.
Webb Wilder's eclectic music and trademark sound might accurately be described as a chicken-fried cross between NICK LOWE, early 1970s ROLLING STONES, JERRY LEE LEWIS, JIMMY REED, ROKY ERICKSON & THE 13TH FLOOR ELEVATORS, JOHN HIATT, OTIS REDDING, BADFINGER, LOS STRAITJACKETS and yes, even a little bit of AC/DC.
For reals.
It's like a box of old SUN RECORDS and STAX RECORDS 45 singles got dipped in mescaline.
This is a SAVANNAH MUSIC FESTIVAL-quality concert at a great price.

No opening act for this special "Evening With" show. Webb and his band will play two full sets starting at 10PM sharp, with an intermission in between for meeting THE MAN and getting some signed merchandise and photographs.
The entire show will run close to two-and-a-half hours.
