The Mindful iPhone: May 2019 (with Sensory Awareness and Mindfulness)
Flowers are both beautiful subjects for photography, as well as perfect objects for mindful observation.
First we cover foundational mindfulness practices, to allow our senses to expand.
When we slow down and open our senses, all sorts of possibilities emerge!
Combining this open awareness with essential photography techniques and iPhone camera tricks/tips your photography will improve immediately!
Past participants love this workshop not only for the wonderful photography instruction, for the depth of relaxation and gratitude they carry home.
Seasoned photographers wanting to know more about iPhone photography as well as absolute beginners are invited to attend.
Our walk will be less than two miles over mostly flat terrain. However, there are some slight inclines and uneven surfaces.
