Convergence 2019 - The 33rd Annual Jazz & Tap Dance Festival

Enjoy America's indigenous dance art form - Jazz Dance at CONVERGENCE 2019 - the 33rd Annual Jazz & Tap Dance Festival. "A dance festival with energy and soul."
CONVERGENCE 2019 is a presentation of the evolution of American jazz dance with the other dance styles, fusing them into new, appealing presentations that are vital, fresh, rhythmic, energetic. The show is representative of our national dance spirit as it synthesizes the dance art that honors original street dance techniques, jazz dance with contemporary inspiration.
Choreographers today are mixing and merging the classic entertainment dance styles of jazz, tap, hip hop, contemporary, and Broadway. Each participating dance company will bring something unique to the stage that may blend jazz dance with hip hop, tap, or modern dance with a contemporary flair.
CONVERGENCE 2019 is produced as a collaboration by Marilyn York with five spectacular dance companies:
* Dancin' Unlimited
* Encore Performers
* iMpulse
* K-Force Dance
* Sundays on TAP
As another totally new artistic revue, CONVERGENCE 2019 will be performed at only TWO shows:
* Saturday, March 16, 2019 @ 7:30 PM
* Sunday, March 17, 2019 @ 4:00 PM
CONVERGENCE 2019 will be performed at the BalletNova Fredgren Studio Theatre, located at 3443 Carlin Springs Road, Falls Church, Virginia (close to Leesburg Pike - Route 7 and Columbia Pike, and very convenient to Route 395).
Parking is always free and the theater doors will open 15 minutes prior to each performance. Seating is general admission so please arrive early to facilitate parking and getting to your seat.
All patrons must have a ticket regardless of age and this show is family friendly.
Theater seating is limited so purchase your tickets early. We look forward to seeing you at the show and performing for you!

No refunds or exchanges will be made unless the event is canceled. Service charges are not refundable.
Print at home tickets: Please do not duplicate your ticket. The first ticket presented to be scanned will be considered valid and all others will be rejected. In the event that duplicate copies appear, we reserve the right to refuse entry for all ticket holders and may credit the original purchaser the face value which will constitute full re-numeration.
Waiver of Liability: The holder of each ticket voluntarily assumes all risks incidental to the event for which these tickets are issued, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the event. The facility, its employees and volunteers are nor liable for any claims incidental to the event for which this ticket was issued. The facility and the sponsor reserve the right to refuse admission to or eject any person for cause.
