Kuf-Is known for his unique a blend of progressive hip-hop, soul, blues, jazz and rock, Kuf Knotz is one of Philly's / and New Yorks fastest emerging alternative artists. No musical territory goes unexplored when it comes to Kuf, and it is this attitude that has led him to perform with top acts like: Ms Lauryn Hill, The Wailers, The Roots, Common, G-love, Wyclef Jean, Robert Randolph, Arrested Development, Robert Glasper, Inspectah Deck, Steel Pulse, Rising Appalachia, Zac Deputy, Josh Ritter, B.O.B, Bone Thugs & Harmony, Kabaka Pyramid, Yellowman , Soulive , Easy Star Allstars, & Bruce Springsteen.

Elsie says: Over the years of exploring various music genres,I have taken a liking to classical music such as Hungarian composer Béla Bartók, English-French avant-pop band Sterelob, funk and soul from Ohio Players and singer/songwriters like Joanna Newsom and India Arie.
Elise, who now lives in Upper Darby, has an Addiction Counselor Certificate, Bachelors and Masters degrees in Music Therapy, all from Immaculata University in Chester County. In Philly she has performed at the Fillmore, World Cafe Live and Johnny Brendas. The Duo is now touring the country
