To have a Qigong practice means to work consistently and regularly with the breath and vital energy. When we first begin we must work to restore natural breath, balance, strength, and flexibility. By integrating the breath with movement and visualizations we calm the mind. This has the effect of changing the chemicals that our bodies produce from those that damage and age to those that rebuild and restore youthfulness.
It is possible to regain and maintain the vigor of youth as we age!
The nine week series is $100 in advance or $15 per class if you pay as you go. It is highly recommend to attend all the classes to obtain the most benefit from the this practice.
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows complete freedom of movement. The studio is carpet and street shoes are not permitted on the carpet. If you are uncomfortable working barefoot or in socks please bring clean soft soled shoes for class.
