We gather in this workshop to honor our bodies by channeling healing and love from our ancestors with meditation, dance, and writing. In learning the traditional Tahitian dance steps, we release physical and emotional tensions held in our hips, shoulders and back. Moving our bodies to create the elements, we express the true nature of our souls and acknowledge where we stand. Please join us as for an afternoon of transformation and the celebration of our bodies with power, love, and intention.
