A Ca-Palooza RVA 2018: A Contemporary A Cappella Competition

Monument City Music presents an evening of contemporary a cappella music to showcase the talents of its newest ensemble, The Noteables, as well as a competition with local a cappella groups Uncommon, BAB(A), VCU Notochords and Ramifications of VCU; all to increase the awareness of a cappella music in Greater Richmond.

This year's event will be held at artspace gallery, which is an acoustically astute contemporary fine art gallery located in the Manchester area of Richmond, Virginia, in the Plant Zero Art Center. Plant Zero is 3 blocks south of the James River at the 14th Street Bridge and is bounded by East 3rd St., Hull St., East 4th St., and Decatur St.

In addition to wonderful a cappella performances, the evening will include a silent auction, cash bar, opportunities to interact with the singers and participate in a fund-the-need for a very worthy organization - Monument City Music.
