This is our first annual charity ball held at Seton Hall University in South Orange, NJ on November 2, 2018 6:30-10pm. 100% of proceeds will be going to Homefront NJ.
Homefront's mission is to end homelessness in Central New Jersey by harnessing the caring, resources and expertise of the community. Started by volunteers providing meals for families living in welfare motels, HomeFront has since developed a holistic array of services for clients who are either homeless or at high risk of becoming so. On any given night, they provide emergency shelter, transitional housing and permanent service-enriched housing to over 450 people, two-thirds of them children. Some of the many services include case management, homelessness prevention services (including back rent & utility assistance), emergency food, free clothing and household goods at our FreeStore, affordable housing searches, job placement and readiness skills.

This is just a short synopsis of the amazing things that Homefront does!
Dinner and desert will be provided.
There will be a DJ, a presentation by Homefront, a speech by Miss New Jersey Chenoah Blount, and a tricky tray. Please bring cash for raffle tickets and donations, as well as change for change jar.
Please note that this event is semi-formal, black tie attire.
