Put on your western wear and join us for an interactive evening of song, dance, food, drinks and much, much more! It's a hoedown showdown you won't want to miss and the best part is it's for a good cause! So, come enjoy the delicious down-home-cookin' finger foods from our chuck wagon and throw back a few at our Showdown Saloon where the libations will be flowing all night long. And then mosey on through our silent auction and git yourself somethin' real nice. Food is free. Cash and Credit Cards accepted at the bar and auction. Costumes aren't mandatory but are greatly encouraged.

Liability Waiver: Guest releases from liability and waives their right to sue Thespian Journey and/or its officer(s), and/or any member of the Claridge family, who are sponsoring this event, and the Woods family and/or any member therein and/or Cardinal Farms, who is providing the event location, from any and all claims, including negligence, resulting in any physical injury, illness (including death), mental and/or emotional trauma and/or distress or economic loss that may be suffered because of guest participation in this event or attendance at this event, including any travel to and from this event. Guest understands that there are risks, which may include but are not limited to physical and/or psychological injury, pain, suffering, illness, disfigurement, temporary or permanent disability or even death. These injuries and/or outcomes may arise from guests own actions and/or others actions, inactions, negligence or from the condition of the events location and/or facilities. Guest assumes all related risks, whether known or unknown, including travel to and from this event. Guest agrees to hold Thespian Journey, its officers, related family members, the Woods family and/or Cardinal Farms harmless from any and all claims, loss or damage to my personal property, liabilities and costs, including attorney fees, as a result of guest participation and/or attendance at this event including travel to and from this event. If Thespian Journey, its officers, related family members, the Woods family and/or Cardinal Farms incurs any of these types of expenses, guest agrees to reimburse them in full. Should guest need medical treatment during the event, guest authorizes Thespian Journey, its officers and/or members of Cardinal Farms to obtain medical treatment for guest. Guest will be financially responsible for any costs of such treatment. Guest agrees to not hold Thespian Journey, its members, the Woods family and/or Cardinal Farms responsible for any claims resulting from any medical treatment received, including but not limited to ambulance fees. Guest understands the legal consequences of this agreement, including (a) releasing Thespian Journey, its officers and/or related family members and/or the Woods family and/or Cardinal Farms from all liability, (b) waiver of guest right and/or my family members right to sue Thespian Journey, its officers and/or related family members and/or the Woods family and/or Cardinal Farms, (c) and assumption of all risks of participating and/or attending this event including travel to and from this event.
Guest understands that this document is legal and binding.
