HOSHIWA MITEIRU
Hoshiwa Miteiru is a collection of memoirs written by the parents of Hiroshima Daiichi Junior High School where not a single student survived when the atomic bomb was dropped on Hiroshima.
This book doesn't only talk about the horror of the event, but also talks so much about family. The writing is so honest and vulnerable. And I really really want this book to be translated in many different languages and be read in many many countries.
This summer I will be touring with this book starting in New York, then Tokyo and Hiroshima. Please note that the reading will be done fully in Japanese, and as much as I would appreciate the presense and support of anybody, I really do not think it should be recommended to people who do not understand the language.
There's no price on the tickets. Please pay what you wish, and please be as generous as possible. Your contributions will take this project a long way. I really want to keep travelling with this book, and read it to as many people as possible.
THE READING WILL BE DONE IN JAPANESE
