Listen Up! Inner Dialogue Workshop for Women
Listen Up is a 1-day experiential workshop for women. It is designed to draw participants in to a place of personal awareness of the inner dialogue that takes place, often without our conscious thought, and to awaken to hidden beliefs that play out through this dialogue. Through engagement in dynamic processes, participants will be invited to peel back the layers of critique, self-sabotage, doubt, worth, and more to reconnect with the truth of their innate goodness. The intention is that participants will leave the workshop feeling empowered and connected, with tools to grow their inner knowing and make peace with their inner dialogue.
