Don't miss an evening that will make you want to "Shout!" It will be the "Right Time of the Night" to enjoy "Reminiscing" with your fellow classmates. Despite a little "Dust in the Wind", we are "Still the Same" albeit "Hot Blooded" gang. We dont want to "Miss You" so be sure to join us "Just the Way You Are".
When: Saturday, September 15, 2018 from 6 to 11 pm.
Where: Max's Restaurant & Bar, Sierra Ballroom 110 Grass Valley Hwy, Auburn, CA (Just off of I-80 and Hwy 49)
What: An evening featuring dinner, dancing, no-host bar, and much more! Jeff Denny and his band "The Free Agents" will be rocking the party with '70s and '80s music.
General Admission (by September 7): $45 per person.
From September 8 to September 15: $50 per person.
Party Only: $25 per person. Join the fun at 8 pm and help support The Hillmen Foundation and the new Covich-Johnson Founders Scholarship.
Tickets will be available online and at the event (We will accept cash or check only at the door. Online options will have expired.)
Dress: Casual and Comfortable
Who's Welcome: Anyone associated with the Placer Class of 78, including 78 grads, classmates who graduated early, classmates who moved before graduating, friends from other classes, faculty and staff, and guests.
Memorial Donation: We will be making a class donation to The Hillmen Foundation in memory of 1978 classmates who are no longer with us. We are helping to fund the new Covich-Johnson Founders Scholarship, presented annually to an outstanding graduating senior. The scholarship is named for Hillmen Foundation founders Jug Covich and Tom Johnson. Please consider making a donation through this site or at the reunion event. All net proceeds from the event will also go towards our class gift.
Hotel Accommodations: Classmates looking for hotel accommodations can enjoy an 18% discount off the regular weekend rate at the Holiday Inn located adjacent to Max's and our party! For more information, tell them you're with Placer High School Class of 78 when you book your room. Book early, as they tend to sell out. There are also other accommodations in the area.
