We live in Hollywood and everyone wants to look their best.
This class isn't just about your face...it will cover your entire body for beauty and how to take better care of it along with anti-aging tips.
Let me share my beauty tips with you.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN IN THE CLASS:
- Beauty doesn't just start on the outside, it's starts with the inside and I will show you things to do to start working on your inside for your beauty.
- We also look to beauty products to keep us looking good, but you should be looking to your foods/kitchen for looking good.
- Anti-aging tips and things I do.
- Making your own spa at home. There's no need to head to the spa or spend thousands to look good. A lot of the things they do at spas you can do for a lot less at home.
- Spa treatments for aging. I will show you spa treatments that I do at the spa...along with showing you how to do some of them at home. It's up to you if you decide to go to the spa...I'm just making suggestions so you know everything available out there.
- Beauty Challenge - I will give you a 30 day beauty challenge to take home with you to continue on your own.
- How to create your own Morning and Evening routine for beauty. It doesn't have to take a long time...it's all up to you as everyone's beauty routine is going to be different.
- Make up products that I use...they are not only great for your skin but you can sleep in them and they don't make you break out.
- Makeup tips for aging or just looking your best.
- Facial products that I use and alternative products.
- Ways to take better care of your body for more of glow, hydration, anti-aging, and more.
- Travel items for taking care of yourself for those naughty weekend getaways or long holidays.
- How fitness affects beauty and how you can use it for anti-aging.
- Creating beauty drinks

- Something to take notes as I will be discussing a lot of tips along with suggesting products to use.
- Come with a clean face if you want to test out anything.

- The class will take place at my house
- The class will last around 2 hours with questions.
- It will be hands on...you can try out some of the products or devices.
