In this 60-minute class learn how diet affects your endocannabinoid system and what types of food can stimulate and balance the ECS. In addition to CBD infusion, Chef Teresa will share her tips and recipes for efficient and quick meal prep.
Chef, Nutritionist + Certified LEAP Therapist Teresa Hansen specializes in therapeutic diets that aid in balancing and restoring optimal health. Working with patients who have chronic pain, inflammation, seizure disorders, food intolerance's + allergies Chef Teresa can help patients learn best food choices for their body and how to create easy, flavorful meals at home.
Class is $20 per person: All attendees will take home 1 entrée + snack prepared by Chef Teresa plus samples throughout the class.
