Sunday Supper Series
The Sunday Supper Series is a chance for Vagabond Chef, Matt Welsch, to play. With a different menu every month, served in the afternoon of the second Sunday, you get to reap the benefits of Chef's extensive travel and culinary curiosity.
In the April instalment, Chef Welsch will be joined by Chef Marion Ohlinger of Morgantown's Hill and Hollow restaurant.
A twelfth-generation West Virginian, Marion Ohlinger was born and raised on his familys ancestral farm in Mason County. His thirty-year career as a chef has carried him to over forty countries, five continents, all fifty states, and to helm kitchens in such diverse locales as Vail, Scottsdale, Seattle, and backcountry Alaska. Chef Marion was selected for the inaugural edition of The Best Chefs in America 2013; voted 4-time Morgantowns Best Chef, and West Virginias Best Chef by WV Living Magazines Best of 2015 Readers Poll Awards.
