Lauren is an award winning comedic actress, playwright and author. She was the host of The Moth Story slam live show in Santa Monica for seven years. Her first solo show, HOMECOMING began as a 15 minute performance art piece at Seatttles On the Boards and went on to go off-Broadway in NYC back in 2001. BUST, about her work in the LA county jail was awarded a Macdowell fellowship for playwriting by the Alpert Awards as well as several best of the arts across the nation. She has written and performed over 12 solo plays including HOMECOMING, AMSTERDAM, IF ORNAMENTS HAD LIPS, HUU, RASH, WRECKAGE, BUST, NOYOU SHUTUP, and most recently THE PEOPLES REPUBLIC OF PORTLAND for Portland Center Stage. Her television credits include The Daily Show, Horny Patty on HBOs HUNG, Doris on HBOS Looking, New Girl, Will and Grace and Arrested Development. Her most recent films are The Little Hours starring John C Riely and Wilson with Woody Harrelson. Weedmans the author of two books of comedic essays A Woman Trapped in a Womans Body: (Tales from a Life of Cringe), and Miss Fortune: Fresh Perspectives on Having it all from Someone Who is Not Okay. She lives in a rent controlled apartment in Santa Monica with her 8 year old son Leo.
Brady Harris
Brady is a Texas born, LA-based musician whose music has been heard on Network TV, Indie Films, Gay Cruises and plush Croatian Hotels. A former busker in London and Paris, Brady performs frequently in Southern California. Brady's latest record is "NoHo Calling".
