Join us learn some amazing technique and chocolate!! Girls on Guard I & II (GOG) are a comprehensive risk reduction and personal safety course. This material compliments prevention efforts and is constantly being developed through Defend Universitys living curriculum. The GOG I (Saturday) represents the best tactics and game plan to avoid stranger assaults. GOG level II (Sunday) focuses on assaults from someone you know. The classes are fun and do NOT require athleticism. You only need to bring a curious mentality and willingness to try something very unique. This is not a modified martial arts class!!
