2018 Northport One-Act Play Festival
The 9th Annual Northport One-Act Play Festival brings the audiences 12 new plays in two programs over one weekend.

Program 1- A Fork In The Road: Performances 4/13 at 7:30pm and 4/14 at 3:00pm.
  Just Like The Movies - Written and Directed by Peter Scarpinato. Two people form an unexpected connection as they both wait for their dates on the top of the Empire State Building. With Paulette Gebhard and Scott Miller.
  Mid Life Conversations - Written and Directed by Maria Filippone. When a woman discovers her husband has found his passion she suddenly feels like she has no purpose. With Dolores de Poto and Saverio Tuzzolo.
  Graduation Party - Written by Paul Bowman, Directed by Tony Prestandrea. The culmination of a prison class leads to different ideas for the future of each inmate. With Lee Kurfist, Peter Quinones, Alfio DiFranco, and Liz DeFazio.
  Bicycle Built For Two - Written by Delvyn Case, Directed by Larry Rinkel. Two Syrian refugees try to get to Norway and a secure place. With Kasia Walczak and Nicolette Mango.
  Far From The Tree - Written by Pete Mergel, Directed by Patrick Sherrard. A son tries to convince his father to give his blessing on the future he sees for himself. With Akiva Wharton and Nissim Yaltzindeg.
  The Downbeat - Written and Directed by Michael Solomowitz. When the selection of the guest performer is challenged, the mood quickly regresses from courteous to combative. With Staci Rosenberg-Simons, Calvin Gladen, Alex Edwards-Bourdrez, and Michael S. Benjamin.

Program 2 - Life, Death and Beyond: Performances 4/14 at 7:30pm and 4/15 at 3:00pm.
  Doctor Doctor - Written by Joan Antonicelli, Directed by Jo Ann Katz. Three patients tell about their visits to a plastic surgeon. With Olga Cohen, Cheryl Shimko, and Ron Friedmann.
  Addiction - Written and Directed by John Passadino. There is more than one kind of addiction. With Ed Brennan.
  Strange Vessels - Written and Directed by Michael Leuci. An unusual excursion taken by two old friends turns into an even more unusual journey. With Carrie Lynn Heffernan and Joe Mankowski.
  Ledges - Written by Joseph Vitale, Directed by RJ Meyer. Two people meet in a very unexpected place. With Lee Kurfist and Justine Waker.
  Surf's Up - Written by Ken Levine, Directed by Alex Edwards-Bourdrez. A father shares his plans for an exciting future with his daughter. With Yank Adler and Alexa Adler.
  The Greyson Scale - Written by Nelson Clark, Directed by Stanley Katz. A near death experience becomes more than expected. With Christine Jordan and Gina Marie.
