Starter : Caramelized Onion & Gorgonzola Tart with a honey thyme drizzle
Salad: Arugula, shaved parm, roasted tomatoes,herb vinaigrette grilled crostini with goat cheese & feta
Entree: Buttermilk & Pecan Crusted Chicken Thighs with a Creole Mustard Sauce topped with shaved purple cabbage slaw dressed with a warm bacon vinaigrette on Roasted Garlic Sweet Potatoes and Parsnips
Dessert: Southern Chocolate Pie & Cinnamon Cream w/edible flower garnish
