CULTIVATING GARDENS, COMPOSTGAL, and AKILI WELL invite you to join us on the path to self-care & wellness.  We will explore the holistic practices of meditation for mind, body, and spiritual connection.   We will provide the tools to grow a healing herbal garden.  We will also discuss the medicinal properties, and benefits of using herbs.

As a participant, you will learn how to cultivate an indoor or outdoor healing herbal garden in small spaces and containers.  You will also learn how to handcraft your own herbal blends from roots, leaves, and flowers.

Treat Yourself Because You Deserve It!

Take home your own custom herbal blend, seeds and plants to start your herbal healing garden.

Small bites and herbal infusions provided.
