This production is a part of V-DAY, a worldwide organization dedicated to ending violence toward girls and women across the globe. Food and drinks available for purchase.
I first saw the Vagina Monologues twelve years ago with my dorm roommate as a college freshman in Pennsylvania and knew then I wanted to be in it one day. Life separated us and brought us back together years later in Northern California where I was invited to participate in TVM 2018: Nevada County. I feel that this production is a testament to the power, strength, pain, endurance, beauty and vulnerability of womanhood. says Nicole Buckoski, one of the performers.
I am speaking out of my deep love and gratitude for my granddaughter, our producer Sierra Raskie-Jeska, and her mother Sara Raskie. said performer and Grandmother, Cynthia Meilicke. I speak in honor and in awe of generations of women - for our collective power, strength, vulnerability, and compassion!
