Green Whales
This play runs 75 minutes with a 10 minute intermission.

New Jersey 2007

This Dark romantic Comedy follows two sisters who are complete polar opposites brought together by misfortune in the family as dysfunctional is it is, more specifically, a late 30's something Philosophy Professor on her desperate search for romance, only problem is she has a rare disorder which makes her appear 13 and has difficulty with men accepting her young appearance. How will she find someone like her who's not afraid to approach her thinking she's too young for love? Daft insanity ensues as her younger sister makes attempts to set her up with a pedophile on Craigslist. The classic tale of mistaken identity

Lia Romeo is a deft playwright with a wild imagination . The promise inherent in this play is significant. -Kansas City Star (Review, Green Whales, Unicorn Theatre This play runs approximately 90 minutes with a 10 minute intermission)

When Goethe wrote, Love is an ideal thing, marriage a real thing, he might have drunk from the same glass that Lia Romeo shared with us three hundred years later.
-KC Metropolis (Review, Green Whales, Unicorn Theatre)

Its an edgy, daring play that is not easily forgotten. Recommended.
-Stark Insider (Review, Green Whales, Renegade Theatre Experiment)
