First Fifteen Herbs

This class is for people intending to begin building their home apothecary, and want to get started with a basic list of herbs they can feel confident with. I chose 15 of my favorite commonly available herbs, and will cover pragmatic applications of each. We'll discuss topical uses, internal uses, different preparations, sources and how to look for quality products. Well also get to look at dried samples and taste some tinctures. This class pairs well with our Intro to Herbalism class, but can be taken alone.
