Love and Information by Purple Crayon Productions
A series of vignettes that follows a multitude of day-to-day interactions, Love and Information opens up a dialogue about the pain and love that is found in human relationships. It also explores our relationships with knowledge, and how infinite access to it shapes how we connect with one another. Although on the surface the conversations may seem trivial, Churchill's play celebrates the importance of information in our everyday experiences. Whether mundane, crucial, or insignificant, that information is constantly present and is what connects us to one another. Purple Crayon Productions brings Churchill's dialogues to life, asking the audience to reflect on their own balancing act of knowing vast amounts of information while also begging for more.
Performed by Catherine Horowitz, Sophia Varnai, Raina Greifer, and Sophie Falvey at the District of Columbia Arts Center on Jan. 20th at 3:00 pm
