Diana is renowned for her choreography, for her dancing, and for her Zumba® and Zumba® Step classes. She will show you how to combine the toning and strengthening power of Step aerobics with the fun fitness of Zumba® dancing.
Zumba® Step increases cardio rates and burning of calories. It strengthens and tones legs, glutes, and cores. Diana's original and creative choreography will keep you motivated and happy to continue.
