La Maialata X, The 10th Annual Celebration of the Whole Pig!
In Italy, La Maialata is a feast that celebrates the pig, all its parts and the wonderful variety of ways pork can be prepared. For one night only, Executive Chef Aaron Rayor continues the tradition of La Maialata by presenting an evening where every dish on the menu features a different amazing variation on the succulent maiale.
