Winter Wonderettes at The Muse Theatre Lacrosse, Wisconsin
The New 6o's holiday musical featuring the same four girls that
were featured in the smash hit-"The Marvelous Wonderettes."
Singing their hearts out in glorious four-part harmonies like the Mcguire Sisters, Shirelles or the Chiffons. They sing songs both well known and obscure. Wanna See Santa Do the Mambo? Snowfall and What are you doing New Year's Eve.
This is a tongue in the cheek nostalgic look back at simpler times.
A few of the stories are sad. Betty Jean was jilted by her philandering husband. Missy is just back from her honeymoon and
can't seem to control her newly found urges. But when this cast sings Santa Baby they actually generate some heat on a cold winter's night.
