Wildman Wine Dinner with Chef Holly Hambright
October will be the last of our Sapphire Supper Series for 2017. Chef Holly Hambright collaborates with wine importer Frederick Wildman and Sapphire on a Scandinavian Feast to celebrate the fall season. Bar Manager Patrick Joyce will be utilizing two Scandinavian ingredients, Akvavit and Malört, and creating some special cocktails.
