NI HAO, Y'ALL!
Join me for a fun,interactive tasting of craft beer paired with favorite Dim Sum tapas and regional Cantonese-styled delights. I'll be joined by craft beer expert, "VeloDave" Southerland (Atlanta native, fmr president of Atlanta Bicycle Campaign, Sustainability). Together, we'll be your hosts and guide to hand-picked menu selections, paired libation & cultural history.

--Advance paid registration/tickets required.
--This will be a fun, informative multi-course TASTING (about 5-6 pairings, hosts' choice)
--Intended for foodie friends and fans, not critics. All are welcome to attend in that kindred spirit!
--The ticket cost helps offset the food/tax/tip costs.

Natalie Keng, an Atlanta native, is the Founder/Owner of Chinese Southern Belle LLC. Chinese Southern Belle offers interactive cooking/cultural classes, private and corporate health and wellness demos, multicultural consulting, and an award-winning line of family cooking sauces, available in Whole Foods Markets and Kroger stores in Georgia. Natalie grew up working in the family restaurant and went on to graduate from Vassar College and Harvard University. Before starting her own business, Natalie led corporate diversity and multicultural marketing teams for nonprofit, government and Fortune 500 companies. She also ran a successful election and served in public office.
