Madagascars ecosystem is one of the most threatened on the planet. By drawing attention to the needs of this unique environment, it is possible to illustrate how the disruption of a fragile ecosystem can lead to catastrophic consequences not only for people inhabiting the land but for global weather patterns as well.

THE BURNING OF BORNEO'S PEAT SWAMP RAINFOREST

Though less than a hundred years ago Borneo was nearly completely forested, it has rapidly lost forestland in recent decades. This film pieces together the inevitable results of deforestation the degradation of the landscape, the loss of animal habitat, the elongated dry seasons, and the unavoidable toll it is taking on the health and financial stability of the indigenous communities.
