We are thrilled and honored to present our 2017-18 season! Consonare continues to present inspired, exciting and collaborative choral concerts in Portland, Oregon. Resounding Truths: What Lies Within ~ November 18th, 2017 7:30pm
What better way to celebrate the beginning of Consonare Chorales 12th season, than by commemorating RESOUNDING TRUTHS! Ever notice the little white lies we tell small children, or even ourselves in order to make sense of the world? Well, what lies within helps us find our own truth and path as we travel this amazing journey filled with family, loved ones and dearest friends. Just beneath the surface lie resounding truths.
Stepping-Stones from Me to You ~ March 17th, 2018 7:30pm
My daughter grabbed my hand on a hike and said see, all these stones are stepping-stones from me to you. As children look to us in order to make sense of their surroundings and how to become their own person, there are stepping stones along the path as road markers of the moments and events that made you, well, you. Whether looking ahead or noting the past, the stones tell a story. The glorious story of how you got here.
Serendipitys Silver Lining ~ June 2nd, 2018 7:30pm
Shed all reservations and submit to unexpected contentment! Dancing in the kitchen, singing into a hairbrush or finding a lucky penny it is time to celebrate serendipitys silver lining. Whether the silver lining of floating clouds, a glint off shimmering waters or the possibility within a new day, lets find the edge of the unforeseen and accidental happiness.
