An Evening of Mixing, Mingling, and Networking - Technology Showcases Great Food Bar Live Music Featuring the Fine Artistries Of Tea And Organic Tequila
Media Technologies MarketPlace, a boutique tech sales and service company, is excited about hosting this unique event. Entrepreneurs, technologists, professionals, and aficionados will enjoy an evening of tech showcases, great food, and tea and organic tequila tastings.
Live entertainment will be provided by the Nolan Shaheed Quartet. Nolan, an in-demand horn master for the stars - Anita Baker, Diana Ross, Stevie Wonder, Carole King, David Byrne and many more - has assembled a group of accomplished musicians specifically for this event.
Charles & Co. will be hosting our tea tasting. Charles & Company Tea brings to life the experience of a traditional British tea with hand-selected organic and kosher teas from pre-eminent tea plantations around the world. The company was started to share the comfort, health, serenity, and togetherness that we experience while drinking tea.
Santoyo Grand Leyenda Tequila will be hosting our tequila tasting. Rich in history, unique in origin, Grand Leyenda offers you an exquisite, traditional tasting experience with an organic twist.
Foothill Arts Collective, Inc., will be honored for its work with youth in the performing arts. A 501 (c) (3) organization, FAC is dedicated to helping youth discover and develop their artistic talents and gifts with confidence in a nurturing and safe environment. Through its programs, young people have studied in New York with the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, performed at the Mark Taper Forum, attended colleges across the United States, and have become productive contributors to the fabric of our country. FAC will receive a donation from the event's proceeds to enhance and grow its programs.
Zenobia Millet, founder of Media Technologies MarketPlace, conceived of this event to share her passions for technology, great music, fine food and libations. Zenobia states "Having a career in the entertainment technologies for thirty plus years, I am compelled to pass on my historical perspective and expertise to the next generation and I am enjoying helping to create great artists and productive members of society." She serves as Vice-President/Treasurer.
