Online ticket sales end 3 hours before a performance. If you see "Sales Ended" for the performance date which you would like to attend, you may still be able to purchase a ticket at the box office. We set aside a certain number of seats for people purchasing tickets at the door. The box office opens at 7 PM, so you might want to arrive at 6:30 PM in order to maximize your chances of a ticket being available at the door. It's very rare for us to not be able to accommodate all who desire to see a performance. If you have any questions about purchasing tickets, please send us an email at support@valleycenterstage.org or call us at (425) 200-8936. Thank you. See you at the show!

"The Goat or, Who is Sylvia?" by Edward Albee (Staged Reading)
* ONE NIGHT ONLY *

Starring: Joe Osier, Robin Walbeck-Forrest, Peter Cook, Dylan Cook and Rochelle Wyatt

Three-time Pulitzer Prize-winner Edward Albees most provocative, daring, and controversial play since Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf, The Goat won all the major awards for best new play of the year in 2002 (Tony, New York Drama Critics Circle, Drama Desk, and Outer Critics Circle). Edward Albee describes the play this way: "Every civilization sets quite arbitrary limits to its tolerances. The play is about a family that is deeply rocked by an unimaginable event and how they solve that problem. It is my hope that people will think afresh about whether or not all the values they hold are valid."

"THE GOAT is about a profoundly unsettling subject the irrational, confounding, and convention-thwarting nature of love. Powerful [and] extraordinary Mr. Albee still asks questions that no other major American dramatist dares to ask."
-- The New York Times

" as challenging--and as outrageously funny--as theater gets."
-- The New York Post

" as fine a piece of theatrical art as any Edward Albee has created--and perhaps boldest of them all."
-- The Houston Chronicle

"The edgiest, most fervently debated Broadway play of 2002"
-- The Seattle Times
