Tri-Valley IMC Consultants Forum -- March 10th Breakfast Meeting
Our monthly meetings are held on the SECOND Wednesday of each month. Doors open at 7:15am and we end promptly at 9:30am. Meetings include hosted table networking, guest speaker, round-table discussion and structured networking with time and space for additional networking after the meeting.
This month's featured speaker will be Terry Church, of Morgan, Miller, Blair law firm. Terry will be presenting:

Terry Church has more than 25 yearsâ experience helping a broad spectrum of business and technology clients address and manage their complex licensing and commercial transactions.
Terry is a member of the firmâs Business & Technology Group and serves as a legal advisor to technology and non-technology clients, ranging from emerging growth to mature companies. He works with clients in securing and protecting trademark, copyright and trade secret intellectual property rights. He is experienced in structuring, negotiating and drafting strategic partner agreements and technology licensing agreements. He also advises clients regarding channel strategy, distributor agreements and purchase and supply contracts. In addition, Terry supports clientsâ corporate compliance needs and franchise relationships.
$20.00 in advance; $25.00 at door (cash only, space permitting).
