Broadway Scares - A Killer Cabaret
An evening of horror and song, featuring the cast of the movie RED HOOK.
Stars of Red Hook, Broadway and Musical Theatre, including Bryan Fenkart (Memphis), Shonn Wiley (Jersey Boys) and Kelli Barrett (Royal Family), offer up a darkly ironic twist on musical theatre, alongside tunes from the unique indie-rock soundtrack of the movie.
Featuring Red Hook's Karla Mosley (The Guiding Light) accompanied by Roger Bartlett (composer/performer of Fool for a Blonde in the original TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE).
Also joining the cabaret cast are faces from the movie: Hollis Scarborough (Crowned), R. Scott Denny, and Jay DeYonker, as well as performers from the soundtrack album including Natasha Alexandra and Cassandra Kubinski. Mark Hartman joins us as Musical Director, and Sammy Buck will preside as Master of Ceremonies. Directed by Elizabeth Lucas.
