Being Humans
Using the Clap-in form developed by our director Stan Wells, which is also seen in the Groundlings "Crazy Uncle Joe" show, using minimal suggestions our players weave a frenzied 50 minute show. The story can go anywhere, and we bring you along for the ride!
The Empty Stage Comedy Theatre was started by Stan Wells (past director at The Groundlings) to do what he does best - nurture comedy talent in a fun, loose atmosphere.
Most of our performers also play at Groundlings, UCB, Second City, Improv Olympic and more! They come to the Empty Stage to let loose and have fun.
So spend a night with the best comedians in Los Angeles at the Empty Stage Comedy Theatre.
