The Nutcracker Ballet presented by the Haddad Youth Ballet 2014
Bring the whole family to enjoy the Holiday classic Nutcracker Ballet. From the smallest mice to the lovely Sugar Plum Fairy, the Nutcracker is a delight for all ages. The classic music of Tchaikovsky and beautiful choreography take us on a journey from a festive Holiday party through a hard-fought battle with the Rat King to the snow and the land of sweets, where dancers from many lands will entertain us. Is it a dream or is it real? Come find out!
The show is held November 29 and 30, 2014 on the campus of the famous Madeira School in McLean, overlooking the scenic Potomac River. Our guest artists have studied and performed in France, Monaco, Russia, and the United States.
